Sharing his thoughts on the "Each Story, a Lesson" model, Lieutenant Colonel Vu Ngoc Triu - Member of the Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Political Affairs Department - said: The "Each Story, a Lesson" model is the result of research and innovation in the form of learning and following the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh.
Previously, the dissemination of information was mainly carried out in a traditional way, based on distributed documents. Party branches organized study sessions by reading texts, which easily led to a passive mindset and a lack of interaction.
To overcome that limitation, the Party Committee of the Political Affairs Department assigned cadres and party members to collect stories about the life, career, thoughts, ethics, and style of President Ho Chi Minh to present at branch meetings.

Based on each story, all party members participate in discussions, exchanges, and expressing their views, clarifying the core values, and then relating them to their assigned responsibilities and duties to draw lessons for themselves.
Through this model, each official and Party member effectively practices "self-reflection," "self-correction," "self-education," and "self-training," gradually shifting from passive to active and interactive approaches, fostering dynamism, creativity, and especially independent thinking skills.
This contributes to strengthening solidarity and cohesion within the Party organization, enhancing political acumen, revolutionary ethics, and a sense of responsibility in performing tasks.

The effective implementation of the "Each Story, a Lesson" model has affirmed the determination of the Party Committee of the Political Affairs Department to deepen and substantively promote the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style, making it a regular and voluntary practice for every cadre and Party member.
