Pharmacity Health Station provides free bottled water and fans to residents
At the Pharmacity Health Station near the Drama Theater on Trang Tien Street, many cases of young people feeling dizzy and nauseous due to hot weather and lack of water were supported on-site by Pharmacity pharmacists and the medical team from the Hanoi City Medical Center: cooling fans, instructions on adding water in small sips; the medical team monitored until the condition was conscious and stable. Despite the increased traffic to the central area, medical support work still took place smoothly and orderly.

People with health problems are supported by medical staff.
The support process is brief but comprehensive. When receiving a case of fatigue, staff invite people to a shady area, reassure them and instruct them to breathe slowly. The team quickly assesses vital signs, measures blood pressure when necessary and asks for a basic history to screen for risks. For most mild cases of heatstroke, the priority solution is to cool the body and give fluids slowly, in small sips. If symptoms do not improve or severe signs appear such as fainting, difficulty breathing, chest pain, or prolonged vomiting, the case will be handed over to the ambulance team to take them to the nearest hospital.

The ambulance team works closely with the medical team and Pharmacity pharmacists to take people to emergency care when necessary.
In addition to on-site expertise, Pharmacity pharmacists constantly remind people to take care of their health, give away bottled mineral water and fans, and instruct people to stand in shady areas, not to jostle, and to dispose of trash properly.

Staff of Hanoi City Medical Center coordinated with Pharmacity pharmacists to provide first aid and monitor a case of dizziness and nausea.
Pharmacity's health stations are maintained throughout peak hours to quickly receive, properly screen and promptly transfer when necessary. People are advised to drink water regularly but not too quickly; cover up from the sun, wear a hat; rest for 5-10 minutes when feeling tired; limit alcoholic beverages during sunny hours. If dizziness, lightheadedness, cold sweats or nausea appear, people should immediately find the nearest support point or go to Pharmacity's health stations for timely support.
