On November 11, at Hiep Thanh commune, the Tax Department of 3 Lam Dong provinces coordinated with the locality to organize a dialogue, discuss and answer questions about the implementation of tax policies for individuals and business households in the area.

The dialogue was held in the context that the tax sector is promoting propaganda and implementing new policies, especially the roadmap for transforming tax management models and methods when the lump-sum tax is officially abolished from January 1, 2026.

At the dialogue, key contents were conveyed to individuals and business households. In particular, it emphasized the change in tax policy from 2026, analyzed the outstanding benefits of switching to tax declaration (such as cost transparency, reduced legal risks) and encouraged large-scale households to convert to business models.

The tax authority also emphasized the responsibility of business households in keeping records and storing invoices and documents to prepare for the new regulations.

Through the direct dialogue, representatives of the Tax Departments of 3 Lam Dong provinces promptly answered specific questions about the declaration process, the use of electronic invoices, etc.

Distribute propaganda materials on the abolition of lump-sum tax from January 1, 2026 to individuals and business households attending the dialogue.

The representative of Tax Department 3 affirmed that they will accompany and provide maximum support so that business households in Hiep Thanh commune have enough knowledge and best prepare for the process of converting the model from lump-sum tax to declaration, contributing to building a transparent and fair business environment.

According to the plan, from November 11 to 14, the Tax Departments of the three Lam Dong provinces will coordinate with the communes of Ninh Gia, Duc Trong, Hiep An, Ta Hine, Ta Nang and Tan Hoi to organize dialogues, exchange and answer questions about the implementation of tax policies for individuals and business households.
