Many cooperatives have asked the province to continue supporting connections with processing enterprises, supermarket systems, and e-commerce platforms to form a sustainable product consumption chain; at the same time, encourage cooperatives to participate in trade promotion programs, build brands, grow area codes, and traceability.
Delegates also hope that the province will pay more attention to infrastructure serving agricultural production such as irrigation, intra-field traffic, warehouses, processing and product preservation facilities, along with researching and issuing policies to support digital transformation for the collective economic sector, including training digital human resources, building online management platforms and promoting product consumption connections through e-commerce platforms...

Regarding capital, representatives of cooperatives proposed that authorities and commercial banks consider loosening loan conditions and provide specific instructions on procedures for accessing preferential credit to help cooperatives more easily access capital.
In the land sector, opinions emphasized the need to simplify procedures; unify guidelines to make it easier for cooperatives to access production land funds; research policies on accumulation and concentration of agricultural land to expand production scale and apply science and technology.

Speaking at the Conference, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Loan said: The dialogue conference is held annually to demonstrate the province's deep concern for the collective economic sector, affirming the province's determination to remove difficulties, accompany and promote cooperatives to develop sustainably in the spirit of Resolution 20-NQ/TW and the orientation of innovation and creativity for the period 2025-2030.
All recommendations and proposals have been answered directly by departments and branches in a frank and open-minded manner. For the contents that need to be researched, the Provincial People's Committee assigned specialized agencies to receive, synthesize and advise on the direction of focused solutions in the coming time.
