After a 2-2 draw in the previous meeting on November 30, coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang and his team entered the rematch determined to improve on their results. From the start, the Vietnamese women's futsal team played confidently, launching sharp attacks and creating many dangerous opportunities.
In the 19th minute, player Bui Thi Trang scored accurately to open the score for the home team. Right at the beginning of the second half, Thanh Ngan took advantage of the opponent's mistake to increase the score to 2-0. The Chinese women's futsal team tried to attack and narrowed the score to 1-2 in the 33rd minute, but could not find another goal.

The 2-1 victory helped the Vietnamese players close the training session with many positive signals, especially in operating the general playing style and taking advantage of opportunities.
Evaluating the team’s performance, head coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang said: “The players got into the rhythm of the game better, executed the coaching staff’s ideas relatively well, controlled the game well and at important moments. There are still some details we need to improve to perfect our playing style.”
According to the plan, the team will have their last training session in Hangzhou on the morning of December 3 before returning to Ho Chi Minh City the same evening. Next week, the team will continue to practice in Ho Chi Minh City, correcting some unfinished tactical issues, before leaving for Thailand to participate in the 33rd SEA Games, aiming for the highest results.
