Vietnam U22 team arrives in Thailand, ready to enter SEA Games 33 campaign

TPO - On the afternoon of December 1, the U22 Vietnam team arrived in Bangkok (Thailand), ready to conquer men's football at the 33rd SEA Games.

Ms. Hoang Diem Hanh - Counselor of the Vietnamese Embassy in Thailand presented flowers to welcome and wish Coach Kim Sang-sik and his team success at the 33rd SEA Games.

The flight bringing U22 Vietnam to Bangkok went smoothly and as soon as they arrived at Suvarnabhumi Airport, coach Kim Sang-sik and his team received maximum support from the organizing committee to ensure quick completion of immigration procedures, creating the best conditions for the whole team.

Representatives of the Vietnamese Embassy in Thailand, Counselor Hoang Diem Hanh and Embassy officials personally welcomed the team, presented flowers and sent wishes to the U22 Vietnam team to achieve their set goals, thereby contributing to the overall achievements of Vietnamese Sports at this year's Congress.

Immediately after settling into their accommodation, the team took the opportunity to have a light meal and rest before the first training session at 5:00 p.m. This was a relaxing session to help the players regain their composure after the journey, and at the same time get used to the weather conditions, the pitch and the lifestyle in Bangkok.

Vietnam U22 will have two final days of preparation before entering the opening match of Group B against Laos U22 on December 3. With careful preparation and high concentration, coach Kim Sang-sik and his team show great determination towards the goal of achieving good results at SEA Games 33.
