On May 28, 2023, DOJILAND Real Estate Investment Company successfully held the topping-out ceremony of the Diamond Crown Hai Phong project - a project known as a new symbol of architecture and lifestyle of Hai Phong city.
Attending the event were representatives of the leaders of Hai Phong City's departments and agencies, Hai An district and the Board of Directors of DOJI Gold and Gemstone Group and DOJILAND Company, representatives of the supervision consultant, architectural consultant, business development unit and representatives of the project's contractors.
The event marks an important milestone in the construction process of the Diamond Crown Hai Phong project and affirms DOJILAND's reputation in ensuring commitment to the progress and quality of the project.
Built on a 12,868m2 land plot at the golden coordinates right at the intersection of Le Hong Phong - Nguyen Binh Khiem, the Diamond Crown Hai Phong project is the tallest twin tower in Hai Phong with a height of 186m, including a 45-storey hotel complex and a 39-storey luxury apartment complex. On May 28, 2023, the project officially topped out the Apartment Tower, 32 days ahead of schedule, and will officially start handing over to customers before December 31, 2023.

In particular, in terms of progress, the project has recorded outstanding achievements such as Completing the transfer beam system - the main structure of the building with a width of 4.2m, a height of 2.2m and a span of up to 21.13 meters, a top record in Vietnam, within 30 days; construction time of only 4 days/floor - a speed considered a record with a special structure including a prestressed cable floor and a diagrid load-bearing column grid system - an extremely difficult construction technique and few units on the market are capable of performing.
