Quynh Phuong Border Guard Station proactively responds to storm No. 3 (storm WIPHA)
Faced with the complicated developments of storm No. 3 (storm WIPHA), which is forecast to make landfall directly in the northern provinces and cause rain and tornadoes to the northern central provinces, Quynh Phuong Border Guard Station (Border Guard Command, Nghe An Provincial Military Command) has actively and proactively prepared response plans, determined to ensure the safety of people's lives and property.

The unit has deployed forces directly to the area to propagate and mobilize fishermen to strictly comply with instructions on storm prevention and control, not to go out to sea to fish; and support fishermen to urgently move their vehicles to safe shelters.
