Experts warn that due to the strengthening cold air combined with the weakening low pressure circulation from storm No. 15 and the disturbance of the East wind in the upper atmosphere, from the night of December 2 to 5, the area from Quang Tri to Da Nang , the eastern part of the provinces from Quang Ngai to Dak Lak and Khanh Hoa will have widespread moderate to heavy rain.
In addition, cold weather can harm livestock and poultry and affect crop growth. Heavy rain can cause flooding in low-lying areas, flash floods in small rivers and streams, and landslides; heavy rain can cause flooding in urban areas and industrial areas. Strong winds and large waves can affect ships and activities at sea.
