Since ancient times, Tien Luc has been a land rich in historical and cultural traditions, especially during the Le-Mac period in the 17th-18th centuries, when Tien Luc developed prosperously, and many religious and belief structures were built. Typical are the communal house, temple, pagoda, and Da Huong tree relics. This is a complex of architectural and artistic relics including Phuc Quang pagoda, Tien Luc temple (also known as Thanh Ca temple), Thuan Hoa communal house, and Vien Son communal house with a large scale, majestic architecture, and grandeur with creative and highly artistic carvings.

According to the inscription on the temple bell, Phuc Quang Pagoda is "an unprecedented historical site" in the region, with a large scale and more than 80 large and small statues. In 1707, the third year of Vinh Thinh, the pagoda was extensively renovated and renamed Phuc Quang Tu.
Tien Luc Temple, Thuan Hoa Communal House and Vien Son Communal House all worship the village's Thanh Hoang, Than Cao Son, Quy Minh Dai Vuong. These were generals under the reign of the 18th Hung Due King who helped the people fight against the Thuc army, bringing a peaceful life to their homeland and country.
The most famous place here is the thousand-year-old Wild Rosewood tree, which was granted the title "Quoc Chua Do Moc Da Dai Vuong" (the largest Wild Rosewood tree in the country) by King Le Canh Hung, the 44th year (1783).

With its typical values and unique architectural art, in 1989, the relic cluster of communal house, temple, pagoda, and Da Huong Tien Luc tree was ranked as a national architectural and artistic type by the Ministry of Culture and Information. On May 13, 2020, the Tien Luc relic cluster was recognized by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee as a tourist destination of Bac Giang province. On January 12, 2022, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to make Tien Luc Festival a national intangible cultural heritage.
On November 26, 2024, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 1473/QD-TTg on ranking special national relics, including the complex of communal house, temple and pagoda relics of Tien Luc, Lang Giang district, Bac Giang province.
Tien Luc Festival is a place where the quintessence of village civilization converges, expressing community solidarity and love for homeland and country. Every year, Tien Luc Festival is held for 3 days, from the 18th to the 20th of the third lunar month, attracting a large number of local people and tourists from all over.
Tien Luc Festival takes place in 5 main areas: Quang Phuc Pagoda, Tien Luc Temple, Thuan Hoa Communal House, Vien Son Communal House and Da Huong tree. During the ceremony, the people send village boys to carry the palanquin to Thao Xa yard to perform rituals, open the festival, play gongs and drums. After that, there is a festival with many unique folk games such as swinging, tug of war, cockfighting, robbing the bridge, pulling the words "Thien ha Thai binh"...
Speaking at the festival, on behalf of the provincial leaders, Comrade Mai Son warmly congratulated the Party Committee, government and people of Lang Giang district and Tien Luc commune. The fact that the Tien Luc communal house, temple and pagoda complex was ranked as a special national relic by the Prime Minister is both an honor and a great responsibility for the local government and people in the work of preserving and promoting the value of the heritage.
In order to promote the potential and historical and cultural values of the national relic, especially the Tien Luc communal house, temple and pagoda complex, in the coming time, he proposed that the Party Committee, government and local people focus on building and effectively implementing the planning for conservation, restoration and promotion of the value of the national relic, especially the Tien Luc communal house, temple and pagoda complex associated with sustainable tourism development; exploiting the tourism potential of the relic to serve socio-economic development and improve the lives of local people.
Strengthen coordination with all levels and sectors, especially the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, mobilize social resources and knowledge of scientists and culturalists in preserving, restoring, affirming and promoting the value of relics. Promote propaganda about the value of the relic complex of Tien Luc communal house, temple and pagoda to people inside and outside the province so that tourists from all over the country and people in the province can join hands and contribute to protecting and promoting the value of the relics, contributing to promoting the overall effectiveness of the cultural heritage treasure of ethnic groups in Bac Giang. At the same time, raise awareness, responsibility and contribution of the community and people in the work of preserving and promoting the value of heritage.
Focus on educating the younger generation, especially students, in promoting and protecting the values of relics, turning the Tien Luc communal house, temple and pagoda relic complex into a practical learning place for students to learn about local history and culture.
