On the morning of November 27, 2025, Comrade Doan Thu Ha, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Head of Group 4 (according to Decision No. 58-QD/TU dated November 20, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on assigning comrades of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, members of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee; leaders of provincial departments and branches in charge of commune and ward party committees) chaired the Working Program with the Standing Party Committees of Mau Son, Loc Binh, Na Duong, Loi Bac, Thong Nhat, Xuan Duong, Khuat Xa communes to evaluate the leadership, direction, administration and results of implementing tasks from July 1, 2025 to present.

According to reports at the working session, from July 1, 2025 to now, the Party Committees and authorities of the communes have focused on leading and directing the comprehensive implementation of tasks and achieved positive results. After 5 months of operation, the organizational apparatus of the communes has been consolidated, operating smoothly and stably. The implementation of targets in the fields of socio -economy, security, national defense, and Party building in 2025 up to now has all been on schedule, many targets have been achieved and exceeded the set plan.

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Doan Thu Ha, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, highly appreciated the efforts, endeavors, positivity and solidarity of the Party Committee, the government and the people of the 7 communes since the implementation of the 2-level local government model up to now. In order to effectively implement the goals and tasks in the coming time, he requested the Party Committees and the authorities of the communes to continue to strictly implement the conclusions of the Provincial Party Committee Secretary at the meeting with the 7 communes on October 23, 2025 in Notice No. 176-TB/VPTU, dated October 27, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee Office. At the same time, carefully study and effectively implement the conclusions and directives of the Central and the province on improving the operational efficiency of the political system and the 2-level local government model; Proactively and promptly deploy and complete tasks within the authority and assigned, overcome limitations, difficulties and problems arising in practice to develop the socio-economy and care for people's lives. Promote the exemplary role of leaders in performing tasks; strengthen training, fostering, organize assessment and arrange, manage and use cadres to meet work requirements in the new situation. Proactively develop and implement the 2026 Program and Work Plan; focus on administrative reform, enhance the application of information technology and digital transformation. Make the most of resources, potentials and strengths in the area to invest in infrastructure development. Focus on drastic solutions to promote the development of agricultural and forestry economy associated with production development models, high-value agricultural models according to the value chain; develop types of services, unique tourism, eco-tourism and community tourism; create a favorable production and business environment, attract investment, develop the private economy, contribute to the rapid development of the local socio-economy; firmly consolidate national defense - security, foreign affairs, build a clean, strong and comprehensive Party and political system.

He emphasized that in the immediate future, the 7 communes need to focus on synchronously and resolutely implementing and successfully completing the tasks and goals for 2025; disbursement; compensation and site clearance; citizen reception, handling of complaints and denunciations; ensuring social security, proactively recruiting soldiers in 2026; strengthening forest fire prevention; combating smuggling and trade fraud in border areas and border gates. Propagating and preparing well the conditions for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and the election of People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term. In addition, researching solutions, models and good practices to create livelihoods, jobs, increase income, and improve the material and spiritual life of the people.

He also requested the members of Working Group No. 04 to continue to enhance their sense of responsibility, promptly grasp the situation at the grassroots level, coordinate with relevant agencies to promptly resolve difficulties and problems that arise; support and guide within the scope of their assigned areas of responsibility.
