Comrade Nguyen Minh Phu - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism was elected to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Bien province.

At the 22nd session of the People's Council of Dien Bien province, term XV, 2021-2026 (held on November 14), 3 contents on the organization of the government apparatus and the People's Council were considered, including: Election of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, dismissal of the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and election of additional Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Accordingly, the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term was considered for dismissal of comrade Pham Duc Toan - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee and elected comrade Nguyen Minh Phu - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee.

With 37/37 votes of confidence in agreement (100%), comrade Nguyen Minh Phu was elected Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021 - 2026 term. In addition, comrade Cao Thi Tuyet Lan - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Culture - Social Committee of the Provincial People's Council was elected to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, term XV, term 2021 - 2026.

Also at the meeting, 8 resolutions were discussed, studied and voted to pass, including: Supplementing the revenue and expenditure estimates for 2025 from foreign non-refundable aid; Regulations on working fee regimes and conference regimes of agencies and units in the province; Regulations on policies to support agricultural production to restore production in areas damaged by natural disasters, plant pests and animal diseases in the province; Adjusting the medium-term public investment plan of the State budget for the period 2021 - 2025 and adjusting the public investment plan for 2025, Dien Bien province; Regulations on the scope of tasks and powers of the Chairman of the People's Committee at the commune level authorized to civil servants of the People's Committee at the commune level in the field of certification in the province; Amending a number of contents of the Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council...
