Comrade Nguyen Thi Hong Thai was elected to hold the position of President of the Provincial Women's Union.

On the morning of November 11, at the headquarters of the Provincial Women's Union, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on personnel work.

Attending the conference were Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Y Giang Gry Nie Knong; Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Tran Huu The, representatives of the Provincial Party Organizing Committee, Hoa Thinh Commune Party Committee and comrades in the Standing Committee, Executive Committee of the Provincial Women's Union.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Y Giang Gry Nie Knong province presented the Decision to comrade Nguyen Thi Hong Thai.

At the conference, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced Decision No. 19-QD/TU dated October 30, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on transferring comrade Nguyen Thi Hong Thai, Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Hoa Thinh commune to work at the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province to implement the policy of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on personnel work, from November 6, 2025.

Delegates voted to elect the position of President of the Provincial Women's Union.

Within the framework of the conference, the Executive Committee of the Provincial Women's Union approved documents on the policy of perfecting the personnel of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and the position of President of the Provincial Women's Union.

Members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front , the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, and the Provincial Women's Union presented flowers to congratulate the new President of the Provincial Women's Union, Nguyen Thi Hong Thai.

At the same time, carry out the additional election procedures (by show of hands) for members of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and the position of President of the Provincial Women's Union for the 2021-2026 term for comrade Nguyen Thi Hong Thai.

In her acceptance speech, comrade Nguyen Thi Hong Thai respectfully thanked the Provincial Party Standing Committee for entrusting her with the task; and thanked the comrades in the Provincial Women's Union Executive Committee for their trust.

Chairwoman of the Provincial Women's Union Nguyen Thi Hong Thai delivered a speech accepting the assignment.

In her new position, she affirmed that she will continue to promote her work experience, constantly train and improve her political qualities, maintain her moral qualities and lifestyle; at the same time, unite and unite with the collective to build an increasingly strong Women's Union organization, contributing to promoting the development of the Dak Lak women's movement, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new period.
