For the Investment Project to build Ring Road 4 - Hanoi Capital Region through Hung Yen province: Component Project 1.2 has reclaimed land and handed over 212 hectares of land, reaching over 93%; basically completed 11 resettlement areas and 7 cemetery renovation and expansion areas; capital disbursement value reached 107 billion VND, completing 21.3% of the capital plan for 2025, cumulatively reaching 3,346 billion VND (nearly 90%). Component Project 2.2 (construction of parallel roads) has handed over 28.7 km of construction site, reaching 85.4%; disbursement value was 258 billion VND, completing 55% of the capital plan for 2025, cumulatively reaching 959 billion VND (82%).

At the inspection session, the Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 1, the People's Committees of wards and communes, and the construction contractor reported on the progress; proposed solutions to difficulties and obstacles in the project implementation process, mainly compensation, site clearance, and sand source for embankment...

Speaking at the inspection points, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hung Nam acknowledged the efforts and results of departments, branches, localities, and construction contractors in the implementation of the province's two key traffic projects. He requested the Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 1, departments, branches, and People's Committees of communes and wards to strengthen coordination and focus on removing difficulties and obstacles to speed up the disbursement rate of public investment capital. In particular, strive to complete all site clearance work by December 19, 2025 to hand over to construction contractors. Construction contractors need to proactively import materials, arrange human resources, and speed up the construction process to ensure progress, quality, and safety.
