Comrade Phung Kim Son - Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment attended and directed the conference on self-criticism and criticism in Ta Khoa commune and Chieng Sung commune.

At the conference, Comrade Phung Kim Son highly appreciated the preparations of the Standing Committees of the Party Committees of the two communes, and at the same time requested that the collectives and individuals subject to review should thoroughly grasp the spirit of seriousness, democracy, frankness and objectivity, ensuring the correct procedures and content according to the instructions of the Central and Provincial Party Committees. The collective review report must closely follow the program, annual work plan and results of the implementation of the local political tasks; at the same time, clearly analyze the advantages, point out the limitations, shortcomings and determine the responsibilities of each individual.

Regarding the quality classification, he noted that units must strictly implement Regulation No. 55-QD/TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on criteria and procedures for evaluating and classifying groups and individuals. The rate of "Excellent completion of tasks" must be strictly implemented according to regulations; in cases of outstanding achievements, there must be a clear basis, ensuring publicity and transparency. The classification of individuals, especially leaders, must be based on the classification results of the group and the level of completion of assigned tasks.

Comrade Phung Kim Son also emphasized the need for Party Committees to proactively overcome time difficulties, focus on leadership and direction to complete the review before November 30, 2025, ensuring the overall progress according to the direction of the Provincial Party Committee.
