Comrade Tran Huy Tuan holds the position of Deputy Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee

At the conference, the representative of the Central Organizing Committee announced the Decision of the Central Party Secretariat on comrade Tran Huy Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Lao Cai province, ceasing to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and ceasing to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term, and transferring and appointing him to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.

Congratulating comrade Tran Huy Tuan on being entrusted by the Secretariat to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, comrade Hoang Dang Quang, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Organization Committee, emphasized that comrade Tran Huy Tuan grew up from the grassroots and has held many positions, is considered a capable and experienced cadre in Party building and state management; is determined to be close to the grassroots, and has the ability to gather and unite agencies and units. In his positions, he always completed the assigned tasks well, making important contributions to the overall achievements and results of the locality, agency and unit.

Comrade Tran Huy Tuan, born in 1974, hometown Lao Cai province; political theory level: Senior; professional level: Irrigation engineer, Bachelor of Political Economy, Master of Natural Resources and Environmental Economics.

During his working career, comrade Tran Huy Tuan held important positions in Yen Bai province (old) such as: Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; Deputy Chief of Office, Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee; Member of the Standing Committee of the 18th Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; Deputy Secretary of the 19th Provincial Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025; Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the term 2016 - 2021; Secretary of the Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee for the term 2020 - 2025.

On June 24, 2025, comrade Tran Huy Tuan was appointed to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Lao Cai province (after merger) for the 2021 - 2026 term.
