QTO - On the afternoon of November 27, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Thuan Ward launched a campaign to support people in the Central and Central Highlands provinces to overcome the consequences of floods. Attending were comrade Nguyen Nguyen Luc, Secretary of the Dong Thuan Ward Party Committee; representatives of local leaders, agencies, units and a large number of people in the area.

After the direction speech of the Party Committee and the call of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Thuan ward, a large number of cadres, party members, soldiers of the armed forces, agencies, businesses, schools, organizations and individuals in the area joined hands to support people affected by floods.

This is a practical activity during the difficult time for flood victims; demonstrating the affection and responsibility of the Party Committee, government and people of Dong Thuan ward.

Every heart, every contribution, no matter how small or large, is extremely valuable at this time. Thereby, contributing to adding confidence and motivation for people in disaster areas to quickly overcome the consequences, stabilize their lives and restore production.

At the ceremony, hundreds of officials, representatives of local leaders, organizations, people and businesses contributed the first round of support with an amount of 185,040,000 VND.
