Increase the support capacity of the new apparatus.
Sharing insights on post-merger operations, Mr. Nguyen Tri Ky, Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Business Association and Chairman of the Dak Nong Business Association, stated that the Association is rapidly adapting to changes in organizational structure and operating mechanisms.
Accordingly, the merger creates a broader space for collaboration between local businesses, but it also gives rise to many difficulties. In particular, changes in roles, functions, and coordination methods can initially lead to some confusion.
Furthermore, Mr. Ky frankly acknowledged that the fact that the Dak Nong Business Association does not yet have a stable office, while its financial and human resources are limited, and its activities are mainly based on the voluntary participation of its members, has somewhat affected the overall operation of the Association.
In addition, member businesses also face significant pressure from the market, input costs, digital transformation requirements, and increasingly high production standards.
"Without strong and coordinated support from all levels and sectors, it will be very difficult to create breakthroughs in the development of the green economy , the digital economy, or the construction of sustainable agricultural raw material areas," Mr. Nguyen Tri Ky stated.

Against this backdrop, the Dak Nong Business Association has identified 2026 as a period for consolidating its organizational foundation and improving the quality of support for its members.
Besides streamlining the organizational structure and improving the operational efficiency of the Executive Committee and Standing Committee, one of the key tasks is to strengthen the role of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of businesses.
Simultaneously, capacity-building activities for businesses are also emphasized through training courses and workshops on management, finance, law, digital transformation, and e-commerce; connecting businesses with experts to provide consulting and support for innovation.
Trade promotion, supply-demand matching, product advertising, and the application of technology and digital communication are also being intensified to help businesses in the vast Lam Dong region expand their markets.
"Businessmen's Coffee" - an open dialogue space.
Among the various activities supporting businesses, the "Businessmen's Coffee" program is considered an effective and practical model.
Mr. Bui Thinh Vuong, Director of Tay Nguyen Green and Clean Agricultural Investment Joint Stock Company, said that after each "Businessmen's Coffee" session, he gains more useful information and expands his business cooperation relationships.

According to Mr. Vuong, the program's distinguishing feature is its open and friendly atmosphere, free from the formality of conferences and seminars. Here, entrepreneurs can frankly exchange views and receive advice on management and market development from experienced business leaders.
From the perspective of service and tourism businesses, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha (Ha Eva) believes that "Businessmen's Coffee" is also an effective channel for trade promotion.

According to her, the vast Lam Dong region has great potential for ecotourism and resort tourism, but many businesses are weak in communication and market connectivity.
"Through these 'Businessmen's Coffee' sessions, we have the opportunity to introduce our products, seek partners, attract investment, and learn about marketing and brand building," Ms. Ha shared.
Beyond simply meeting and networking, Mr. Nguyen Tri Ky emphasized that "Businessmen's Coffee" has become a forum for exchange between businesses and leaders of departments and agencies. Through this, many difficulties and obstacles are directly reflected and gradually resolved.

In the context of the Dak Nong Business Association gradually stabilizing its organization after the merger, maintaining and enhancing networking activities such as "Businessmen's Coffee" not only provides practical support for individual businesses but also contributes to building a united and proactive business community, working together towards the sustainable development of the local economy.
On July 1, 2025, in accordance with the policy on provincial mergers, the Dak Nong Provincial Business Association merged with the Lam Dong Provincial Business Association and the Binh Thuan Provincial Business Association.
On October 16, 2025, the Lam Dong Provincial Business Association issued Decision No. 81/QD-HHDN, establishing the Dak Nong Business Association.
Currently, the Dak Nong Business Association has 65 members. The Executive Committee has 15 members. The Standing Committee has 1 president and 4 vice-presidents.
