On the afternoon of May 23, 2026, a delegation from Lang Ward, Hanoi, visited, encouraged, and presented gifts to new recruits who enlisted in 2026 and are currently studying and training at military units. The delegation was led by Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Hien, Deputy Secretary of the Ward Party Committee.

At the 692nd Infantry Regiment, 301st Infantry Division, Hanoi Capital Command, the delegation was welcomed by Lieutenant Colonel Dang Thai Son - Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Regiment, along with the unit's commanders, who discussed the learning, training, and discipline of the new recruits.
In a friendly atmosphere, the delegation inquired about the lives, understood the thoughts and feelings of the new recruits, who are sons and daughters of Lang Ward and are currently serving their military duty at the unit. The presence of local representatives at the training site is a practical source of encouragement, helping the soldiers feel more secure in their training and strive to complete their tasks.
On the same day, the delegation continued its visit to the 45th Artillery Brigade, Artillery and Missile Command, where the new recruits from the ward are studying and training. Representing the unit were Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Manh Hung - Deputy Brigade Commander; representatives from the Staff, Political , and Logistics-Technical Departments, along with the Battalion commander, who participated in welcoming and working with the delegation.
At the meetings, unit leaders and commanders provided an overview of the new recruits' learning, training, and development after their enlistment. According to the unit's assessment, the new recruits from Lang Ward demonstrated a strong sense of responsibility, strict adherence to military discipline, unity in their daily lives, and active efforts in their studies and training.
Many soldiers also shared their feelings and thoughts after their initial time in the military environment. From daily routines, demeanor, discipline, to awareness of performing duties, the new soldiers have shown clear changes, demonstrating the responsibility of youth towards the task of building and protecting the Fatherland.
According to information from the training unit, the new recruits from Lang Ward have basically met the initial training requirements, including the "three explosions" test.
