Of these, 1 project is invested by Project Management Board of Region 2; 4 projects belong to Project Management Board of Region 3; 1 project belongs to Management Board of Region 4; 1 project belongs to Management Board of Region 11 and 3 projects are implemented by the Provincial Land Fund Development Center.

According to the Department of Finance, many key projects have been delayed recently due to difficulties in compensation and site clearance. Thanks to focused handling, some projects have had positive changes, especially in mobilizing people to agree on compensation and resettlement support policies.

However, the province still has about 150 projects facing land clearance problems, including 49 projects that people have not agreed on, 2 projects related to land belonging to Dong Nai Rubber Corporation and 1 project related to national defense land. The remaining cases are mainly stuck in determining land prices, land origins and approving compensation plans.

Currently, Dong Nai province's functional agencies are urgently reviewing and resolving each case, striving to hand over clean sites on schedule, thereby speeding up construction progress, disbursing public investment capital and promoting local infrastructure - economic - social development.
