Attending the conference were leaders from the Management Board of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of Dong Nai province; leaders from several departments, agencies, and businesses in Dong Nai province; and leaders from the Department of Economy and Labor of Ehime province.
At the conference, 13 leading businesses from Ehime Prefecture participated, with 5 of them showcasing distinctive products and technologies in the fields of environmentally friendly building materials, food processing equipment and machinery, sterilization and treatment technologies, and high-quality consumer products. These are all areas that are well-suited to Vietnam's production and market needs, and offer potential for cooperation with businesses in Dong Nai.
Besides showcasing products, the conference also provided an overview of the province's investment environment, highlighting its developed industrial park system, integrated transportation infrastructure, and increasingly favorable investment attraction policies. In particular, following the administrative merger and the operation of Long Thanh International Airport, Dong Nai province has vast development potential, combining a robust industrial, logistics, and service sector. This creates favorable conditions for the formation of large-scale production-supply-consumption chains, aligning with the strengths of businesses in Ehime province.
Welcoming and introducing the potential, advantages, and investment attraction policies of Dong Nai, Mr. Pham Viet Phuong, Deputy Head of the Provincial Industrial Park and Economic Zone Management Board, on behalf of the provincial leadership, welcomed the Ehime provincial delegation and the business communities of the two localities attending the conference.
Mr. Pham Viet Phuong stated: Dong Nai Province and Ehime have been in partnership since the signing of the first Memorandum of Cooperation on January 17, 2018. This is an important document, demonstrating a commitment to promoting cooperation in the fields of industry, supporting industries, human resource training, trade promotion, and supply chain linkage projects.
Dong Nai and Ehime both have a solid industrial production foundation, prioritizing quality, efficiency, and sustainable development. Businesses from both sides share many similarities and complement each other in areas such as processing industries, precision engineering, high-tech agriculture , supporting industries, and the green economy.
Dong Nai province is committed to always accompanying and creating a transparent and open investment environment, reforming administrative procedures, and providing timely and effective support so that businesses, including those from Japan and Ehime province, can confidently invest, produce, and conduct long-term, sustainable business in the locality.
