These headquarters include: Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee Headquarters (old); Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Council Headquarters (old); Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Committee Headquarters (old); Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Headquarters of Binh Phuoc Province (old); Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee Organization Board Headquarters (old); Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee Headquarters (old); Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee Mass Mobilization Board Headquarters (old).
Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee assigned Binh Phuoc Ward People's Committee to proactively contact and coordinate with the Provincial Party Committee Office, the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee Office to hand over and receive the Headquarters, inventory the list of assets, complete the dossier according to the provisions of Article 21 of Decree No. 186/2025/ND-CP dated July 1, 2025 of the Government, send it to the Department of Finance for review and submit it to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision to transfer the headquarters to Binh Phuoc Ward People's Committee for management and use according to the guidance of the Department of Finance.
As for the headquarters of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province, the transfer of public assets is the working headquarters under the management of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province under the authority of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Dong Nai province. Therefore, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province assigned the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc ward to proactively contact and coordinate with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province to carry out the handover and reception of the headquarters according to the guidance of the Department of Finance.
Regarding the proposal of the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc Ward on the use of the Provincial Inspectorate headquarters and the Department of Justice headquarters, the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc Ward proposed to transfer the second facility of the Provincial Inspectorate and the Department of Justice to the Citizen Reception Committee of Binh Phuoc Province and the Internal Affairs Committee of Binh Phuoc Province (before the arrangement). However, this content has no basis for implementation. The reason is that the Provincial Inspectorate has issued Document No. 100/TTr-VP dated July 21, 2025 reporting on the continued use of the Binh Phuoc Provincial Inspectorate headquarters (before the arrangement) to serve the work of receiving citizens, receiving petitions and handling complaints and denunciations in order to save travel costs and costs of sending complaints and denunciations to people living in Binh Phuoc province (before the arrangement). The Department of Justice issued Document No. 182/STP–VP dated July 15, 2025 reporting on the continued use of the headquarters of the Department of Justice of Binh Phuoc province (before the rearrangement) to be arranged as the headquarters for units under the Department of Justice: State Legal Aid Center No. 2 and Branch of the Property Auction Service Center.
In addition, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee issued Document No. 5214/UBND-KTNS dated September 12, 2025 approving the policy of temporarily handing over the headquarters of the Citizen Reception Committee of Binh Phuoc province (before the arrangement) to the Department of Health to serve the arrangement as the Dong Nai Provincial Lung Hospital - Facility 2 and completing the transfer procedures according to regulations; Decision No. 1348/QD-UBND dated September 18, 2025 transferring public assets, which are the working headquarters of the Internal Affairs Committee of the Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee (old) to the Center for Natural Resources and Environment Engineering under the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Dong Nai province for management and use.
Regarding the proposal of the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc Ward to allocate special funds to serve the dual-use model and the cost of repairing and renovating the administrative center of Binh Phuoc province (old) with a cost of 7 billion VND, according to the People's Committee of Dong Nai province, the budget estimate assigned to Binh Phuoc Ward in Resolution No. 40/NQ-HDND dated June 25, 2025 of the People's Council of Dong Nai province on the estimate of state budget revenue and local budget expenditure in 2025 in Dong Nai province after the rearrangement has not been allocated a budget for this content.
After the competent authority approved the use of the headquarters, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee requested Binh Phuoc Ward People's Committee to coordinate with the Department of Construction and relevant agencies to survey and evaluate the current situation... and prepare an estimate to send to the Department of Finance for synthesis and consultation with the Provincial People's Committee according to regulations.
