
Of which, Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park phase 1 has an area of 1,000 hectares, investment capital of more than 9,250 billion VND; Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park phase 1, area of 1,000 hectares, investment capital of 9,000 billion VND; Long Duc 3 Industrial Park, area of more than 244 hectares, investment capital of 1,600 billion VND.
Currently, the investors of the above 3 industrial park projects, together with local authorities and related departments and branches, have completed the inventory of 100% of the land area related to Dong Nai Rubber Corporation and households. For the traffic system connecting to Long Duc 3 Industrial Park (Vu Hong Pho Street), Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park (DT 770B Road), Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park (Thua Duc - Long Khanh Road), these routes have not yet completed the procedures for approving the feasibility study report, site clearance compensation and design.
In order to meet the schedule of starting construction of 3 industrial parks in December 2025, Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc requested relevant units and localities to speed up the progress of removing obstacles, handing over land to ensure sufficient conditions to start construction of the 3 key industrial parks on December 19 along with the groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies of projects nationwide, welcoming the 14th National Congress of the Party.
At the meeting with units and localities on November 13, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Nai province noted that there is about 1 month left from now until the project's commencement date, while the workload is still large. He requested that relevant units show responsibility, coordinate closely, thoroughly handle problems, and hand over the site to implement the project on schedule.
Long Duc 3 Industrial Park (area 253 ha, Long Duc commune, Long Thanh district; now Binh An commune, Dong Nai province); Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park (area 2,627 ha in Bau Can commune and Tan Hiep commune, Long Thanh district; now Long Phuoc and Phuoc Thai communes, Dong Nai province); Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park (area 3,595 ha in Xuan Que commune and Song Nhan commune, Cam My district; now Xuan Que commune, Dong Nai province). These are industrial parks added to the Planning for Industrial Park Development in Vietnam until 2020.
The Prime Minister has approved the investment policy for the project to build and operate industrial park infrastructure in 2023 and 2024 for three industrial parks: Long Duc 3 Industrial Park, Bau Can - Tan Hiep (phase 1) and Xuan Que - Song Nhan (phase 1).
These are three large-scale industrial parks with modern investment, near Long Thanh International Airport, expected to be the new driving force of Dong Nai in attracting large, high-tech investors.
Dong Nai is considered the industrial "cover" of the whole country, with 81 industrial parks and 1 high-tech park, planned with an area of over 39,623 hectares; of which, 57 industrial parks have been established with a total area of 21,581 hectares. Infrastructure has been completed with an area of 14,319 hectares (occupancy rate of about 76%) and attracted over 45 countries and territories to invest in Dong Nai province with over 2,664 investment projects.
