Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee has just issued Official Dispatch No. 10600/UBND-KTN to the Departments of Finance, Industry and Trade, Agriculture and Environment, Construction and Justice Department, Management Board of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of Dong Nai province on implementing the Conclusion of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Committee of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee on solutions to handle backlogged projects, problems with backlogged projects, industrial parks and industrial clusters in Binh Phuoc province (old).
Accordingly, based on the results of the meeting on November 25, 2025 on reviewing the implementation of tasks according to Conclusion No. 29-KL/TU dated November 14, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee, the Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee directed that, for 144 backlogged and problematic projects, the Provincial People's Committee is coordinating to get opinions from the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee under the direction of the Provincial Party Committee. After receiving opinions, the Department of Finance is assigned to preside over and coordinate with members of Working Group 1031 and relevant agencies and units to urgently complete the report, advise the Provincial People's Committee to consider and send it to the Central agencies according to regulations. The Department of Finance is responsible for the accuracy of the information and data in the submitted documents.

For 22 mineral mining quarries, of which 19 quarries were licensed for exploration after July 1, 2011, the Department of Agriculture and Environment shall preside over and coordinate with relevant units to continue reviewing, advising, proposing a final handling plan, and drafting a report of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee, ensuring compliance with regulations. In particular, it is necessary to specifically report projects according to the Conclusions of the Audit, Inspection and similar projects reviewed by the Department of Agriculture and Environment; complete and submit to the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee to report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee in November 2025.
For the 3 mines licensed for exploration before July 1, 2011, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Dong Nai presides over and coordinates with the Provincial Historical Archives Center to review and provide all documents related to the projects, synthesize reports to the Provincial People's Committee and be responsible for the accuracy of information, data and related contents in the submitted documents; to be completed before November 28, 2025. For the 4 stone mines in the Nui Gio area, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province assigns the Provincial People's Committee Office to implement the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, report and propose to the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee to assign specific tasks.

For 6 industrial parks and 8 industrial clusters in Binh Phuoc (old) province, the Management Board of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of the province shall base on the draft prepared by the Department of Finance, synthesize, urgently advise, draft documents for the Provincial People's Committee to report, ask for opinions from the Ministry of Finance on industrial parks and clusters in Binh Phuoc (old) province, ensure compliance with regulations and be responsible for the accuracy of information, data and related contents in the submitted documents.
Along with that, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the Department of Justice to urgently review the contents related to the fields of 6 industrial parks and 8 industrial clusters in the old Binh Phuoc province. At the same time, the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the Department of Justice advised and drafted documents for the People's Committee of Dong Nai province to report to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment and the Ministry of Justice in accordance with regulations and take full responsibility for the related contents in the submitted documents.
