According to Dong Nai Electricity's report, the biggest problem at present is that the investor (Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board) has not yet handed over the clean site of the entire route (areas still entangled with houses, residential areas, markets, green corridors, etc.). This makes it impossible for Dong Nai Electricity Company to carry out construction synchronously and safely, and risks greatly affecting the overall progress of the project.
According to Mr. Pham Van Cuong, Deputy Director of Dong Nai Department of Industry and Trade: This is a key project, of special importance to connect Dong Nai province after the merger. Therefore, to completely resolve the problems and speed up the project's progress, the Department of Industry and Trade requests the Dong Nai Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board to urgently review and completely resolve the problems related to the site; preside over and coordinate with relevant departments, branches and sectors to promptly determine the location of the electric poles and mark the specific relocation foundations for each electric pole; speed up the site clearance work (houses, fences, billboards, trees...) to hand over the clean site of the entire route to Dong Nai Electricity for construction; proactively work directly with the people who are the owners of specialized transformer stations along the route so that the property owners can carry out the relocation themselves.
In addition, the Department of Industry and Trade of Dong Nai also requested Dong Nai Electricity Company: Based on the actual situation, promptly and proactively survey and prepare design documents for construction drawings to serve the work of relocating the power grid; send design documents to the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board and the road management agency (Department of Construction) to negotiate and agree on the relocation plan (location, elevation...), ensuring compliance with technical and safety regulations. Report the implementation results to the Department of Industry and Trade (attached with design documents and opinions of relevant units) before November 20, 2025.
Dong Nai Department of Industry and Trade requests units to seriously and urgently organize implementation and report on time. After the above deadline, if units do not report or delay implementation, the Department of Industry and Trade will synthesize and report to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and direction to handle responsibilities.
Previously, Vietnam News Agency published an article: "Power lines 'hinder' the progress of the project to upgrade and expand DT.753 route, talking about the project to upgrade and expand DT.753 route, facing the risk of being behind schedule due to problems in relocating power lines, affecting the quality of some items, as well as causing traffic insecurity on the route. After the reflection, Dong Nai Electricity Company quickly responded with specific information about the incident.
