The Tao Dan Spring Flower Festival (Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) showcases many collections of flowers and ornamental plants, along with an exhibition of real horses, attracting a large number of locals and tourists to visit and take photos during Tet.

To cater to the needs of people enjoying spring outings and scenic views, Ho Chi Minh City has invested in the Tao Dan Spring Flower Festival 2026, themed "Spring Gathering - Steadfastly Moving Forward," with many changes and improvements compared to previous seasons. At the main gate on Truong Dinh Street, the grand display "The Horse Welcoming Spring" impresses with a trio of horse mascots striding across a backdrop of stylized bamboo waves. The space is designed as a journey guiding viewers along the "Returning Home in Glory" path, concluding with historical drum and flower displays, and the central display clusters "Shadows of the Dove in the Mountains and Rivers," and "Golden Apricot Blossoms Presented to the King," conveying a message about origins and aspirations for prosperity in the new year.

At the Truong Dinh Gate area, the large-scale display "Morning Star Welcoming Spring" creates a striking focal point with three horse mascots striding across a backdrop of stylized bamboo waves, heading towards the Hung Kings Memorial Temple, attracting many people to stop, admire, and take photos.

"This year's Tao Dan Spring Flower Festival was very interesting. My child loves looking at pictures of animals at home, and now that he got to see them in person and take pictures with them, he was thrilled. He kept wanting to stand next to them and didn't want to leave.
