The Department of Construction informed that, based on the documents provided by the investor and the opinions of relevant agencies and units, the future housing units in the Capital Square 2 urban area project are eligible for sale, specifically 414 apartments in buildings 2.2 and 2.3, in accordance with the Law on Real Estate Business.
The Department of Construction requires project developers to sign contracts for the sale of housing units under construction in compliance with and meeting the conditions stipulated by regulations.
Reportedly, the Capital Square 2 urban development project is invested by Mega Assets Co., Ltd., with a land area of 31,960m2. Previously, 737 apartment units in this project were eligible for sale. Thus, to date, the total number of apartments in this project permitted for sale is 1,151.
