The meeting was organized by the Provincial People's Committee to hear a report on the implementation of the Hung Vuong Park project.
Up to now, the Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 2 has coordinated with the Branch of the Land Fund Development Center No. 1 to sign the confirmation of boundaries and landmarks of adjacent land plots between households; coordinated with the People's Committee of Phu Thuy Ward to preliminarily determine the location and land type of households, individuals and organizations to serve as a basis for implementing the work of establishing specific land prices.
The unit has also sent documents to the Department of Agriculture and Environment for inspection, acceptance and approval of cadastral maps, serving the work of land recovery and allocation for the Hung Vuong Park project, as a basis for the Ward People's Committee to determine specific land prices.
The 2025 capital plan allocated for the project is 1,140 billion VND (investment preparation capital), and to date, 100% has been disbursed.

However, Branch No. 1 of the Land Fund Development Center has not yet specifically separated the cases of households and individuals who have, are, and have not had a decision to recover or have not received compensation within the Hung Vuong Park project boundary according to the direction in Notice No. 166/TB-UBND dated August 20, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee.
Therefore, land acquisition, compensation, support and resettlement work cannot be implemented; procedures for determining specific land prices for compensation, support and resettlement work have not been completed.

Through the reports of departments and branches, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh emphasized: the project is behind schedule. Therefore, the relevant units must deploy at full speed to soon complete the project's tasks.
In particular, Branch No. 1 of the Land Fund Development Center needs to urgently separate specific cases of households and individuals who have, are, and have not had decisions on land recovery or compensation within the project boundary, including parts of the Hung Vuong Residential Area project phase II, areas 4 and 5 in Phu Thuy ward.
Branch of Land Fund Development Center No. 1 and People's Committee of Phu Thuy Ward coordinate with Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 2 to speed up the progress of the next tasks related to compensation, support, and resettlement, ensuring that it does not affect the overall progress of the project.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh emphasized: Project Management Board No. 2 must proactively coordinate and urge departments, branches, and organizations to fully implement all tasks to ensure progress according to the direction of the Provincial People's Committee.
The project must complete all preparations to start construction in February 2026. This is one of the province's key projects to celebrate the Party's founding day.
