At the same time, assign the Department of Construction of Dong Thap province and the investor and related units to survey the construction of additional residential roads at some locations to propose solutions to facilitate travel for people around the project.
The Cao Lanh - An Huu Expressway project (phase 1) has a total investment of VND 7,496 billion and includes two component projects.
Up to now, the construction value of component project 1 has reached about 68% of the construction and installation value; component project 2 is urgently speeding up the progress of items with more than 40 construction teams and more than 800 engineers, workers, and hundreds of machines and equipment, reaching about 62% of the construction and installation value.
Dong Thap province is determined to open component project 1 to technical traffic on December 19, 2025. And by April 30, 2026, component project 2 will open to technical traffic.
