Den knows that everyone is very worried, and Den himself is also very sad. As a long-time material and spiritual supporter of the Nuoi Em project, Den feels that he also has the responsibility to clearly share some things with everyone right now.
Regarding the relationship between Den and the Nuoi Em project: Den and the team participate as supporters... Every year, Den and the team are still sending money to take care of meals for the children in the highlands of the Nuoi Em project (this is the personal cost of Den and the team, not from the revenue from the song Nau An Cho Em).
Den (along with the entire team) is not the founder, does not participate in the management, operation or decision on the use of the budget of the Nuoi Em project. Like everyone else, Den contributes to the project with faith in people, with the desire to spread good things to the community and to society.

With the song Cooking for Children and the way the revenue is used for charity: it cannot be denied that it is the belief and desire to contribute to the community and society from the Nuoi Em project, and more specifically from the field trip with the Nuoi Em team to the highlands to visit the children, that helped Den be full of inspiration to write Cooking for Children.
And as announced from the beginning, all revenue from this song is donated by Den to charity. Not only for Nuoi Em's projects, but also for other programs of the industry and the State.
Den understands the sad thoughts at this time because like everyone else, the donations come from the collective effort, and if these mistakes (if any) are true, the broken trust will be irreparable. However, before jumping to conclusions, we also need to calm down and wait for a clear and transparent answer from the Nuoi Em team.
If any violations are concluded by the authorities, Den will support the final handling to protect the interests of the benefactors and most importantly the interests of the children. And we still hope that no matter what the outcome, faith, compassion and love for humanity, for those in unfortunate circumstances who are weaker, will always exist in each of us Vietnamese children."

Nuoi Em is a charity project founded by Mr. Hoang Hoa Trung, aiming to connect kind-hearted people to support lunch for students in mountainous areas. Then Nuoi Em expanded to build schools, give bookshelves, and computer rooms to help disadvantaged children have better learning conditions.
Many philanthropists have contributed to the project. Among them, rapper Den Vau contributed more than 400 million VND. This is the revenue from the MV Cooking for Children on YouTube, to feed and build schools for children in remote areas.
Recently, a Threads account posted a long article sharing that this person received a code to adopt a child and paid money, but when asked, received an unsatisfactory response.
This person asked many questions: Why does Nuoi Em still use personal accounts to receive donations? Why is the account to receive donations authorized to employees? In case they falsely declare, overspend, or embezzle, how will it be resolved because currently Nuoi Em does not have an accountant or auditor?
The article received many comments, many of whom are and have contributed to the Nuoi Em project. Most of the comments questioned the financial transparency of the project.

Hoang Hoa Trung wrote: “ Nuoi Em has received many comments and questions related to the transparency of the project. With the spirit of transparency and responsibility, Nuoi Em publishes this notice to confirm its readiness to provide the most open, clear and complete information to the community.
We are collecting information for a comprehensive article and are ready to answer any detailed questions via email.
Immediately after receiving the information, the project managers urgently met with key members to check and compare the information. We will have a response tonight, December 7, at 10 p.m.
The announcement raises many questions that will be answered tonight such as: Why use personal accounts? Why collect tuition fees for the 2024-2025 school year? One code has 2 children for 2 years without prior notice? Where does the money come from to operate and maintain the project? The attitude and words of volunteers when talking to foster parents?...
“ Nuoi Em will make every effort to overcome all shortcomings, improve processes and be absolutely transparent, to be worthy of the community's trust” - Hoang Hoa Trung emphasized.
