Heavy rain forecast in Tuyen Quang province

On July 9, the Tuyen Quang Province Hydrometeorological Station issued a document forecasting heavy rain in the province in the next 24 to 48 hours.

Due to the influence of the low pressure trough with an axis through the North combined with the wind convergence up to 5000m level, gradually becoming stronger, from tonight (July 9) to the evening of July 11, in Tuyen Quang province, there will be moderate rain, heavy rain (some places have very heavy rain) and thunderstorms. Total rainfall is generally 50-150mm, some places over 250mm. There is a risk of localized heavy rain (>100mm/3h). During thunderstorms, there is a high possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
