At sea, at 10:00 p.m. on November 12, the center of storm No. 8 was at approximately 19.7 degrees North latitude; 117.5 degrees East longitude, in the northeastern sea area of the North East Sea. The strongest wind near the center of the storm was level 9-10 (75-102 km/h), gusting to level 12. The storm moved northwest at a speed of approximately 10 km/h.
