The Northeast wind inland is strong at level 3, coastal areas at level 4. In the Northeast and North Central, it will be cold at night and morning, cold during the day. The lowest temperature in this cold air in the North and North Central is generally from 17-19 degrees, in mountainous areas it is below 15 degrees.
