Specifically, the forecast for the day and night of November 21 is that Khanh Hoa province will be cloudy with moderate to heavy rain, with some places in the north of the province having very heavy rain. The total rainfall is forecasted in the north and coastal areas from 50-80mm, in some places over 120mm; in the south 30-50mm, in some places over 70mm. The sea off the coast of Khanh Hoa province will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, strong northeast winds of level 6, sometimes level 7, gusts of level 8, rough seas; Truong Sa special zone will have northeast winds of level 6, gusts of level 7-8, rough seas.

Regarding hydrology, in the next 24 hours, floods on Dinh Ninh Hoa River will continue to decrease slowly, remaining above alert level 3; floods on Cai Nha Trang River will fluctuate above and below alert level 1; floods on rivers in the south of Khanh Hoa (Lu River and Cai Phan Rang River) are likely to rise again, fluctuating at alert levels 1-2.

The possibility of dangerous hydrological phenomena. Maximum flood depth: Dinh Ninh Hoa river basin from 1-2m. In low-lying areas, it can be flooded over 3m deep. Cai Nha Trang river basin from 1-1.5m, in low-lying areas, it can be flooded over 2m deep. Cai Phan Rang river basin from 0.5-1m, in low-lying areas, it can be flooded over 1.5m deep.
