At the launching ceremony of the Nguyen Dong Chi Book Street project on the afternoon of December 1, the organizers said that the Book Street located in the South Saigon area is expected to be inaugurated and open to the public in the first quarter of 2026.

Nguyen Dong Chi Book Street is designed green to reduce the temperature compared to outside by about 4.5 degrees.
