Draft documents of the 14th National Congress: Clear viewpoint on the important role of the private economy

Many Party members in Da Nang agree on the achievements and lessons learned after 40 years of innovation to guide development in the following years in the Draft Documents of the 14th National Congress.

The work of collecting comments on draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress in Da Nang city is being widely implemented, attracting the attention of a large number of cadres, party members and people.

Many opinions were sympathetic and agreed on the achievements and lessons learned after 40 years of innovation to guide development in the following years.

Mr. Pham Cong Luong, Secretary of the Binh Phuoc 1 Residential Area Party Cell (Hai Chau Ward), spent many days reading and studying the draft documents. Having been in the Party for nearly 50 years and having gone through many Congresses, he assessed that this draft document is very profound, complete, yet still neat and concise.

Mr. Luong was particularly interested in the Draft Report summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over the past 40 years in Vietnam.

What is different from previous years is that this year's report has incorporated many practices from the past 40 years, so that those practices can illuminate the findings.

The innovation of this year's Congress is similar to the 6th Congress in 1986, but still maintains the Party's orientation, stance, viewpoint, and leadership principles. If in 1986, we were still cautious about the private economy , this Congress has clearly defined its viewpoint: the private economy plays an important and decisive role in the country's development.

With high political determination, a streamlined and effective apparatus, meeting the requirements of the new world situation, Mr. Pham Cong Luong believes that the 14th Congress will be a great success.

With the foundation of experience after 40 years of renovation, Mr. Luong hopes that in the upcoming term, our Party will continue to lead the country to develop steadily, become rich, and enter a new era, an era of national growth.

As a place of activities for hundreds of retired cadres of Quang Nam-Da Nang up to now, Thai Phien Club has made many contributions to the development process of the Party Committee and the government of Da Nang city in recent times.

Mr. Le Tu Cuong, Chairman of Thai Phien Club, former Head of the Organizing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee, said he agreed and highly agreed with the contents of the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress.

Mr. Le Tu Cuong said that the process of drafting the document was the effort of hundreds of researchers, scientists, and leaders of the Party and State. Thanks to that, it has shown a clear, general picture of the strong development of our Party and State in recent years. Each word and each letter in the draft document has been carefully selected, concise, easy to understand, demonstrating innovative thinking in leadership and direction.
