
The program "Under the Glorious Banner of the Party" awakens national pride and strengthens national unity.
Attending the program were: General Secretary To Lam; former General Secretary Nong Duc Manh; Politburo member of the 13th Party Congress, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh; Politburo member, Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man; Politburo member, Standing Secretary of the Party Central Committee Tran Cam Tu; Politburo member, Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Bui Thi Minh Hoai; other Politburo members and former Politburo members, Secretaries and former Secretaries of the Party Central Committee, former Vice Presidents, former Chairmen of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Deputy Prime Ministers and former Deputy Prime Ministers, Vice Chairmen and former Vice Chairmen of the National Assembly.
Representing Hanoi City were Politburo member and Secretary of the Hanoi City Party Committee Nguyen Duy Ngoc, along with other leaders of the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and the Hanoi City Fatherland Front Committee, as well as a large number of citizens.


The performances in the program
In his opening remarks, Hanoi Party Secretary Nguyen Duy Ngoc stated that from the historic spring of 1930 to the present day, the Party has led the Vietnamese nation through countless difficulties, achieving glorious feats, winning independence and freedom for the nation, unifying the country, and leading the nation towards renewal, integration, and sustainable development.
Hanoi Party Secretary Nguyen Duy Ngoc affirmed that the 14th National Congress of the Party was a great success, opening a new era: the era of national progress. General Secretary To Lam 's speech at the Congress affirmed that the 14th Congress was a congress of faith and aspirations, of breakthroughs and action, of discipline and creativity, of unity and development. The Congress ignited the flame of faith, strengthened the determination of the entire nation, and opened up important strategic directions for the country to make strong breakthroughs in the new development phase.
"We firmly believe that, in light of the correct resolutions of the 14th National Congress, our country will continue to advance faster, stronger, and more steadily on the path of building a peaceful, independent, democratic, prosperous, civilized, and happy Vietnam, firmly progressing towards socialism," affirmed Hanoi Party Secretary Nguyen Duy Ngoc.

For Hanoi, according to the Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, the success of the Congress is a powerful call to action, urging us to act decisively with a pioneering and exemplary spirit, leading the way.
"With special responsibility and honor, the Party Committee, government, and people of Hanoi pledge to unite as one, vigorously innovate, strongly unleash all resources, and maximize the thousand-year tradition of culture and heroism, determined to build Hanoi into an increasingly cultured, civilized, and modern capital city; a place worth living in, worth visiting, worth being proud of, and worthy of the trust and affection of the people nationwide," the Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee affirmed.
The special art program "Under the Glorious Banner of the Party" consists of three overarching chapters: New Vision - New Miracles - New Era, with titles such as: "Epic Under the Party Banner", "With the Party, Complete Trust and Love", and "Under the Glorious Banner of the Party".

The program features specially crafted artistic performances to tell the story of the Party's 96-year history, from the early 20th century when the country was under French colonial rule, when the patriotic young man Nguyen Tat Thanh left Nha Rong Wharf to seek a way to save the nation, to the great August Revolution, President Ho Chi Minh reading the Declaration of Independence on National Day, September 2nd..., to the battlefields and victories of Dien Bien Phu, the liberation of the capital, the march across the Truong Son Mountains to save the country, and the day the country and its land were reunited...


The musical performances are not presented as individual songs, but are combined as a historical narrative told through music, incorporating sound and lighting technology, LED screens, and the performances of hundreds of artists.

The stage was designed flexibly, transporting the audience to images of bicycle convoys carrying food and weapons to the Dien Bien Phu battlefield, the Hien Luong bridge connecting the two banks of the Ben Hai River, troops crossing the Truong Son Mountains to the southern battlefield, and Ho Chi Minh City welcoming the victorious troops...
Interspersed throughout the program are documentary and historical films about President Ho Chi Minh, the Communist Party of Vietnam, and the nation's struggle for independence and freedom...

In particular, the program concluded with a spectacular large-scale artistic fireworks display, a majestic symphony celebrating the success of the 14th National Congress of the Party, ushering in a new era of development for a prosperous, strong, and happy Vietnam.

The program "Under the Glorious Banner of the Party" is a special highlight, rich in political, cultural, and artistic significance, expressing the unwavering faith of the entire Party, people, and army in the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and the determination to unite and successfully implement the Resolution of the 14th National Congress.
