The program was organized by the Hanoi City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee. This cultural and political activity is of special significance, taking place immediately after the closing of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, aiming to affirm the brilliant success of the Congress; to widely publicize the meaning, scale, and major orientations of the 14th Congress - a momentous political event that opens a new stage of development, creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm and confidence throughout the Party, the people, and the armed forces, contributing to the early implementation of the Resolution of the 14th Congress.
Attending the program were General Secretary To Lam; former General Secretary Nong Duc Manh; and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh. Also present were members of the Politburo: National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man ; Standing Member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu; and Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Bui Thi Minh Hoai.
The program was also attended by members and former members of the Politburo; Secretaries and former Secretaries of the Central Committee of the Party; former Vice Presidents; former Chairmen of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Deputy Prime Ministers and former Deputy Prime Ministers; and Vice Chairmen and former Vice Chairmen of the National Assembly. Delegates attending the 14th National Congress of the Party were also present.
On the Hanoi side, Politburo member and Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Duy Ngoc, along with other leaders of the Hanoi Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi, and a large number of people from all walks of life attended.
Unwavering faith in the Party, aspiration for a bright future.
In his opening remarks, Politburo member and Hanoi Party Secretary Nguyen Duy Ngoc emphasized that, amidst the joy and pride of the entire nation, Hanoi, the thousand-year-old capital, is deeply honored to represent the Party committees, government, and people of the whole country in organizing the special art program "Under the Glorious Banner of the Party," celebrating the great success of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam and commemorating the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2026).
“This is a sacred and special moment for us to turn our hearts towards the Party with unwavering faith, expressing our profound gratitude to the great President Ho Chi Minh, to the generations of revolutionary predecessors, the heroic martyrs, the heroic Vietnamese Mothers; and to our compatriots and comrades who have sacrificed and dedicated their lives to the independence of the Fatherland, to the freedom and happiness of the people. From the historic spring of 1930 to today, our Party has led the Vietnamese nation through countless difficulties, creating glorious miracles, winning independence and freedom for the nation, unifying the country, and leading the country towards renewal, integration, and sustainable development,” emphasized Hanoi Party Secretary Nguyen Duy Ngoc.
The Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee stated that the 14th National Congress of the Party was a resounding success, ushering in a new era, an era of national progress. General Secretary To Lam's speech at the Congress affirmed that the 14th Party Congress was a congress of faith and aspiration, of breakthroughs and action, of discipline and creativity, of unity and development. The Congress ignited the flame of faith, strengthened the determination of the entire nation, and opened up important strategic directions for the country to make a strong breakthrough in the new development phase. We deeply believe that, under the light of the correct resolutions of the 14th Congress, our country will continue to advance faster, stronger, and more steadily on the path of building a peaceful, independent, democratic, prosperous, civilized, and happy Vietnam, firmly progressing towards socialism.
“For Hanoi, the success of the Congress is a powerful call to action, urging us to act decisively with a pioneering and exemplary spirit, leading the way. With special responsibility and honor, the Party Committee, government, and people of Hanoi pledge to unite, innovate strongly, vigorously unleash all resources, and maximize the heroic thousand-year-old cultural tradition, determined to build Hanoi into an increasingly cultured, civilized, and modern capital; a place worth living in, worth visiting, worth being proud of, and worthy of the trust and affection of the people nationwide,” the Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee emphasized.
Comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc affirmed that the joy of the successful 14th National Congress is a shared joy of the entire Party, army, and people. The art program "Under the Glorious Banner of the Party" is a warm congratulatory message to the success of the Congress, and at the same time a message reminding each of us: The road ahead still has many difficulties and challenges. But we have a solid foundation, which is the leadership of the Party, the strength of the people, the age-old traditions of the nation, and the burning aspiration for a strong and prosperous Vietnam.

"A new vision - A new miracle - A new era"
The special art program "Under the Glorious Banner of the Party" has the overarching theme of "New Vision - New Miracles - New Era". Following the opening ceremony, the meticulously staged, majestic, and modern artistic performance takes the audience through three chapters.
Chapter I, "Epic Under the Party Flag," conveys a visionary message about the path to national liberation and the miracle of independence and reunification. Constructed in the form of an artistic epic, the program is a historical, ideological, and emotional journey, recreating the path the Vietnamese nation took towards independence, freedom, happiness, and reunification under the leadership of the Party.
Chapter 2, "With the Party, complete trust and love," conveys a message of innovative vision and miraculous development, reflecting the Party's strategic vision that has helped the country achieve the spectacular development it enjoys today. In particular, in recent times, the revolutionary strategic decisions initiated by the Party have continued to create new turning points and historical opportunities for the cause of national construction, development, and defense in this era of national progress.
The audience was able to feel the atmosphere of enthusiastic labor in building the country by all strata of the people – the most vivid manifestation of the Party's Resolution being put into practice and embraced by the people. Hanoi, the capital city, appeared in a central position, representing the faith and hope of the people nationwide.
Chapter 3, "Under the Glorious Banner of the Party," conveys the visionary message of a new era of progress set forth at the 14th National Congress, presenting performances that affirm faith in the glorious future of the Fatherland and the spirit of unity under the glorious banner of the Party to successfully implement the Resolution of the 14th National Congress.
Throughout the program, the audience enjoyed spectacular artistic performances: "The Path We Take," "Joining Hands," "The Road to Glory," "Singing About Today's Rice," "The Stars of the Night," "A Round Trip Around Vietnam," "Voluntary," "Hanoi - Faith and Hope," "The Party Has Given Us a Spring," "Rising High Vietnam," "Vietnam's Quintessence," "My House Has a Flag Hanging," "Made in Vietnam," "Vietnam Proudly Moving Towards the Future," "United Under the Party Flag"... Interspersed with the performances were modern, majestic, and emotionally rich mapping displays.
The program concluded with a spectacular, large-scale artistic fireworks display, a majestic symphony celebrating the success of the 14th National Congress of the Party, ushering in a new era of development for a prosperous, strong, and happy Vietnam.
"Under the glorious banner of the Party" brought together a large number of leading Vietnamese artists, along with professional actors and a large audience.
The program is a special highlight, rich in political, cultural, and artistic significance, demonstrating the unwavering faith of the entire Party, people, and army in the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and the determination to unite and successfully implement the Resolution of the 14th National Congress.
