The successful delivery rate within 14 hours in week 45 reached 68.9%, up 0.7% compared to week 44; on November 12 alone, the entire network reached 75.24%, up 1.75% compared to November 7. This growth momentum not only reflects the post-disaster recovery efforts but also shows the strong participation of each delivery route and each post office.
On November 12, a series of localities achieved a daily rate of over 80%, creating clear bright spots such as Ba Ria - Vung Tau (87.8%), Ho Chi Minh City (86.9%), Cao Bang (86.6%), Da Nang (85.8%), Ha Giang (85.1%), Dong Thap (83%), Long An (82.9%), Bac Kan (82.5%), Hanoi (82.1%), Vinh Long (81.6%), Kien Giang (81.9%), Binh Phuoc (81.5%), Binh Thuan (81%), Quang Ngai (80.2%), Ben Tre (80.2%), Quang Ninh (80.6%).
At the same time, the three post offices of Dong Hung ( Hung Yen ), Linh Son (Nghe An) and BCP Tay Ninh (Tay Ninh) continued to maintain a delivery rate of over 90% for three consecutive weeks, affirming the stability and high discipline in implementing tasks. These are important supports to help spread the spirit of competition throughout the system.
From this momentum, the units are creating a positive picture of the quality of the entire network: both improving steadily every week and accelerating strongly on each key day. This is an important foundation for the entire system to maintain a stable growth rate during peak periods.
In many other locations, the quality remains stable with a weekly rate of over 70%, from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Ba Ria - Vung Tau to Ha Giang, Long An , Dong Thap, Binh Thuan, Cao Bang, Tay Ninh, Thanh Hoa, Ben Tre... This spread contributes to creating a positive overall picture for the entire system.
N-4 inventory also decreased by more than 47%, from 29,210 (TMS scan date 09/11) to 15,392 mails (18:00 on 13/11). The quick inventory processing shows the close coordination between the stages of exploitation, transportation and delivery - each link strives to speed up the speed to support each other and improve the overall quality.
Along with the widespread spirit of competition, an important factor that helps operating units be more proactive during the week is to use the Power BI tool to deeply monitor each index. Unlike before when reports were often viewed in large blocks of data, Power BI provided by the Corporation allows unit leaders to directly view the indexes down to each postman, each delivery route, each hour of the day. Thanks to real-time data visualization, bottlenecks such as slow connection, route delay, abnormal inventory or performance decline are immediately identified.
This tool helps units not have to wait for the end-of-day summary to process, but can make timely adjustments during the shift, reassign human resources, speed up the mining shift or increase the transportation route when necessary. Monitoring and comparing trends by day - week also helps to predict early the risk of quality loss, thereby providing effective operational and improvement solutions.
In the competitive atmosphere of the campaign “81 days of On-Time Coupling – Quick Delivery”, the results of week 45 clearly show the consensus and determination of the entire network. Every officer, employee and postman is making efforts every day to improve quality – maintain the reputation of Vietnam Post. With the spirit of “doing it real – measuring it real – getting real results” and strong support from management tools, the entire system is aiming to successfully complete the campaign targets and create momentum for the year-end peak season.
