These projects boast lush green landscapes covered with numerous trees, flower gardens, and multi-layered vegetation. Green building practices utilize environmentally friendly and energy-efficient construction materials, Eurowindow double-glazed windows with safety glass and Low-E (low-E) heat-insulating glass for noise reduction and energy savings; and natural ventilation systems improve indoor air quality. Meanwhile, green operation is demonstrated through the use of renewable energy – solar power – for facade lighting and garden lights in all villas, shophouses, and some areas within the flower gardens, saving on electricity costs. The projects also employ Class A wastewater treatment technology, with treated water reusable for irrigation, and a smart waste collection system powered by solar energy, providing a healthy and sustainable living environment for residents.
