Vietnam Drama Theater introduces a series of special art programs called 'Echoes of Soldiers' performed at Vietnam Drama Theater (01 Trang Tien, Hanoi) with the plays: Black Panther Squad (20:00 on November 8 and November 15, 2025), Truong Son Storm (20:00 on December 6 and December 13, 2025), and White Night (20:00 on November 29 and December 20, 2025).

Opening the series of events is the play White Night by the late author Luu Quang Ha, directed by People's Artist Xuan Bac , recreating the picture of the resistance war against the French in the 1950s with rare drama and depth. Based on the true story of "a jar of rice to save the hungry, giving rice to the resistance", the play reveals the hidden corners between ideals and temptations, between sacrifice and pleasure. Not only recreating a tragic time, White Night also makes the audience reflect on themselves that between light and darkness, the boundary of belief is fragile to the point of heartache.

Next, Black Panther Squad by writer Chu Lai, directed by People's Artist Anh Tu , brings the breath of action cinema to the stage. Dramatic scenes, fast-paced rhythms are interwoven with human emotions, highlighting the image of soldiers who not only fight on the battlefield but also in everyday life, fighting against evil and darkness in a peaceful society. The play is like a reminder: the most fierce battle, sometimes, is to maintain one's personality amidst the upheavals of life.

Closing the program is Truong Son Storm, also directed by the late People's Artist Anh Tu and author Truong Minh Phuong - a tragic epic about the tens of thousands of soldiers and youth volunteers who fell on the legendary road. Not indulged in melancholy, the play ignites a profound philosophy of life: war may pass, but humanity and gratitude remain forever.

According to information from the Vietnam Drama Theater, tickets were sold out many days in advance. Viewers came not only to reminisce, but also to live with history, to see that soldiers are not far away but present in every breath of life today.

That attraction comes from the serious artistic approach of the Vietnam Drama Theater: carefully selected scripts, experienced actors mixed with energetic young actors, and modern stage technology skillfully applied to preserve the classical spirit while still attracting contemporary audiences.
