Special art program "Proud to be Vietnamese"

The special art program "Proud to be Vietnamese" took place on the evening of August 17, 2025 , at My Dinh National Stadium (Hanoi).

The Proud to be Vietnamese program is chaired by the Central Propaganda and Education Commission, in coordination with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Hanoi People's Committee, Vietnam Television and related units. The program is broadcast live on VTV1, rebroadcast on many local TV channels and livestreamed on digital platforms.

As a national activity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, Proud to be Vietnamese is an artistic epic built with the idea of honoring the origin and calling for the future.

Honoring the glorious history of building and defending the country of the Vietnamese people, the art program Proud to be Vietnamese carries many meaningful messages, arousing deep gratitude to the Party, President Ho Chi Minh and generations of predecessors, compatriots and soldiers nationwide who sacrificed their blood for national independence and unification.

Proud to be Vietnamese is not only a simple artistic event but also an activity with profound political and ideological significance, contributing to spreading cultural, historical and moral values of "When drinking water, remember its source" among all classes of people, especially the young generation.

Through special performances, with the message of Proud to be Vietnamese , the art night will become a bridge connecting millions of Vietnamese hearts, evoking patriotism, national pride and solidarity in every Vietnamese person.

The program brings together famous artists: Buc Tuong Band, Duong Tran Nghia, Tung Duong, Hoa Minzy, Anh Tu, Duong Hoang Yen, Lam Bao Ngoc, Ha An Huy, Meritorious Artist Hoang Tung, Pham Thu Ha, Le Anh Dung, Huyen Trang, Lam Phuc, Oplus Group, Mai Trang, Tien Hung, Tieu Minh Phung, RamC, Dynamic Choir, Little Star Club, with the participation of 500 artists and dancers.

The sublime performances will take the audience on an artistic journey full of passion and pride. An emotional journey that recreates the golden pages of history, depicts the beauty of the country and people of Vietnam and arouses the desire for national pride.

On August 17, 2025, My Dinh National Stadium Square will not only be the venue for an art night, but will also become a meeting place for love of the Fatherland, where 30,000 spectators will join in singing, cheering and looking with pride.
