National Student Vovinam Tournament 2025

The tournament was organized by the Vietnam Vovinam Federation in coordination with Vinh Long University of Technical Education, taking place from October 19 to 25 , with 56 sets of medals awarded in three categories: martial arts, music and combat.

With more than 500 students across the country being able to freely create martial arts content, it was included for the first time in the competition at the 3rd National Student Vovinam Championship in 2025.

This year, the special highlight is Vovinam martial arts music - number 1 officially becomes the competition content. The combination of martial arts, music and performing arts promises to bring new colors, expressing the youthful spirit, creativity and bravery of Vovinam-loving students in the new era.

Recently, many schools across the country have included Vovinam martial arts music in their break-time physical education programs, creating positive effects and being warmly welcomed by students.

Including this content in the competition is a step in line with the trend, contributing to encouraging the movement of physical training and creativity among young people.

Since returning in 2019, the National Student Vovinam Tournament has not only been a sports playground but also a journey to spread the spirit of "Learning Vietnamese martial arts - loving Vietnam", arousing national pride and promoting the value of Vovinam, a national intangible cultural heritage.
