Sam Son Tourism Festival 2026

The Sam Son Tourism Festival 2026 officially opened on the evening of April 25th at Sam Son Beach Square with the theme "Sam Son - A Brilliant Aspiration". The opening night is expected to feature many spectacular artistic performances, along with a low-altitude fireworks display lasting approximately 15 minutes.

This year's festival kicks off a series of cultural, sports, and tourism events taking place throughout the summer, especially during peak periods such as Hung Kings' Commemoration Day, April 30th, and May 1st. The diverse activities are expected to provide new experiences for tourists, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality. In 2026, the locality aims to welcome over 9 million tourists, with estimated revenue of approximately 19,000 billion VND. To realize this goal, Sam Son has developed a plan to organize many large-scale events, focusing on the summer tourism season. In addition, urban beautification and environmental improvement efforts have been implemented decisively since the beginning of the year, including thoroughly addressing pollution and wastewater discharge into the sea, creating a green, clean, and beautiful coastal area, and improving the quality of service for tourists.

Through cultural, artistic, and sporting activities, the festival contributes to promoting the image, cultural values, and people of Thanh Hoa province, especially the Sam Son tourist area, to a large number of domestic and international tourists. In recent years, Sam Son has seen significant improvements in urban infrastructure and service quality, with increasingly diverse tourism products. This is gradually making Sam Son an attractive destination, while also creating conditions to attract investment and effectively exploit the potential for developing coastal tourism.
