Exhibition honors the country's socio-economic development achievements

The exhibition honoring the country's socio-economic development achievements will take place from August 28 to September 5 at the National Exhibition Center. The exhibition is an opportunity to honor and promote the country's outstanding achievements over the past 80 years, in areas such as: Industry-technology; investment-trade; agriculture-rural areas; national defense, security; health, education; culture, sports and tourism.

The exhibition also introduces the unique cultural values and heritage of the community of 54 ethnic groups; the richness of natural resources, rich products of the three regions of the North, Central and South; and typical and outstanding architectural works of the past and present across the country.

With the consistent message “Vietnam – Journey to a new era”, the exhibition spaces in Kim Quy Exhibition House will highlight topics such as: “Vietnam – Country – People”, “95 years of the Party flag lighting the way”, “Development”, “Rich province, strong country”; “ Economic locomotive ”, “Start-up to build the nation”...

The attraction and highlight expected to attract a large number of visitors is the outdoor exhibition area with the theme "Integration and Development". Accordingly, the public can access and learn about the exhibition space of the industry and energy sector with the theme "For a green future", including nuclear energy and renewable energy, environmental technology, electric/magnetic energy vehicles, and a model of the North-South high-speed railway. With the theme "Aspiration for the sky", the public has the opportunity to enjoy products in the field of aerospace, aircraft models, satellites, flight path models, etc.

In the area displaying the Armed Forces, the exhibition will introduce to the public special equipment, vehicles, rescue vehicles, fire trucks and military and security weapons and equipment demonstrating the strength to protect national sovereignty and security. This is the largest exhibition area with a floor area of nearly 46,000m2 ^and is expected to be a prominent and attractive appearance for all visitors to the exhibition; the simulation experience area serves the training and combat readiness of the Army. The exhibition space will combine models, images, and artifacts with techniques and effects of sound, light, 3D space technology, and virtual reality; At the same time, it promotes a number of outstanding products, new generation equipment, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), dual-use economic products using modern technology, artificial intelligence (AI)... thereby honoring the glorious historical tradition of our Army as well as the great defense achievements in the development flow of the country over the past 80 years.

Coming to the exhibition, people and visitors are not only satisfied with large panels, photos, drawings, documents, artifacts combined with 3D mapping projections, virtual reality experiences, multimedia audiovisual works, digital technology, AI, ... but also directly participate in fair activities on tourism, culture, cuisine, entertainment, rich and vivid, suitable for their interests.

In particular, for the first time, the public has the opportunity to learn about and access outstanding works and products of 12 cultural industries, including: Advertising; architecture; software and entertainment games; handicrafts; design; cinema; publishing; fashion; performing arts; fine arts, photography and exhibitions; radio and television; cultural tourism.
