EVN launches customer appreciation month in 2025

This year's 'Customer Appreciation Month' program takes place in December 2025 and may last until before the Lunar New Year 2026 depending on the situation and circumstances.

Towards the 71st anniversary of the Vietnam Electricity Industry's Traditional Day (December 21, 1954 - December 21, 2025), Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN) is implementing the Customer Appreciation Month program in 2025 with the theme "Continuing to join hands to overcome the consequences of natural disasters, accompanying customers to use electricity safely and stably".

The program shows EVN's gratitude to electricity customers through business activities & customer services and some social security activities. Creates connection, brings practical efficiency to electricity customers and the community through direct support, helping people, businesses, customers to use electricity safely, economically and effectively.

The program targets EVN's electricity customers, with priority given to residents and electricity customers in localities heavily affected by storms, floods, and severe inundation occurring in 2025.

Accordingly, some of EVN's main activities for the 2025 customer appreciation month include: Focusing on restoring normal operation of the power grid in areas affected by storms and floods, to provide safe, stable and long-term electricity supply to customers.

Providing post-meter services, supporting customers in checking, reviewing, and repairing post-meter electrical systems to ensure safe and stable electricity use; combined with instructions on safe, stable, economical, and effective electricity use for customers.

Thereby, the organization will introduce, promote, and guide the use of the "EVN CSKH" application and the customer care switchboard for all EVN after the Group organizes the announcement ceremony, expected to launch on December 21, 2025, deploy promotional programs and encourage customers to install the application suitable to the specific context of each location and each unit; organize customer conferences to listen to customers' feedback, answer questions, and combine advice on safe, economical and efficient electricity use.

The program also shows gratitude, presents gifts, and thanks to industrial production customers and large electricity consumers who have actively cooperated with the Electricity unit to participate in load shifting to ensure safe and stable electricity supply in 2025; free meter installation, transformer station cleaning for businesses, and support for customers' transformer testing.

EVN strengthens guidance and propaganda to customers on safe, economical and efficient use of electricity in daily life, especially fire and explosion prevention due to electrical short circuits, through channels, direct conferences, consultation via customer service hotline, App, web, text messages, social networks...

In addition to customer service appreciation activities, EVN units also coordinate to organize social security activities, paying special attention to localities heavily affected by natural disasters and serious storms and floods in 2025.

Some of the social security activities that were focused on during this time include: Visiting and supporting families with loss of life and property due to natural disasters; visiting and supporting poor households, lonely elderly people, policy families and orphans in difficult circumstances; checking, guiding and supporting the repair and installation of new household electrical systems to ensure safe electricity use, along with giving LED lighting to customers, especially those in areas heavily affected by natural disasters and floods.

The program "Customer Appreciation Month" has been enthusiastically participated in and continuously implemented by units throughout the Vietnam Electricity Group over the past 11 years, despite the unfavorable implementation context at times.
