In her speech,FPT representative, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Van, Chief of Office of FPT Semiconductor, FPT Corporation emphasized that the context of Vietnam positioning semiconductors as a priority industry, while Germany is promoting supply chain diversification, creates the right time for the two sides to implement practical cooperation programs. FPT believes that, in order to meet the strong development needs of the global semiconductor industry, the two countries need to coordinate closely in building and expanding the force of high-quality engineers, through the training cooperation model - transfer between Vietnamese enterprises and industrial - academic organizations in Germany.

FPT representatives also proposed to build joint innovation and R&D centers in Vietnam to serve the needs of German enterprises investing in the Vietnamese market. These centers will be the place to conduct research on advanced materials, semiconductors, optics, electronic-mechanical-software integration, and promote technology applications in the industrial, automotive and smart device sectors - which are strengths of both countries.
At the same time, FPT emphasized the importance of developing digital and automated infrastructure according to European standards, helping German enterprises operate effectively in Vietnam. The Group wishes to cooperate with German partners to deploy digital solutions for operations, process management, document management and smart production; at the same time, train industrial management human resources according to EU standards, contributing to increasing the competitiveness of enterprises of the two countries in the context of global digital transformation.

In addition to the general strategic directions, FPT also made specific cooperation proposals with many German enterprises attending the meeting, including Infineon Technologies AG, Carl Zeiss, Leonhard Kurz Stifung & Co KG and De-Velop Consulting. The cooperation content ranges from microchip design and testing, embedded software development, AI and data in industry, to the application of advanced materials and digitalization of manufacturing operations.
The representative of the Ministry of Industry and Trade highly appreciated FPT's proactive participation and in-depth proposals, affirming that FPT is one of Vietnam's strongest technology partners, with the capacity to lead strategic cooperation programs in the high-tech field. The German side also emphasized that Vietnam continues to be an important partner of Germany in the Asia- Pacific region, especially in the fields of semiconductors, innovation and Industry 4.0.
With a comprehensive technology ecosystem and experience in implementing large projects for the global market, FPT expects that the initiatives proposed at JEC-3 will open up many practical and sustainable cooperation projects, contributing to making Vietnam an important link in the world's high-tech semiconductor value chain, while supporting German enterprises to effectively expand their operations in Vietnam.
