The signing of the strategic cooperation agreement betweenFPT and NovaGroup not only marks the connection between technology and investment – between digital platforms and real life – but also opens up a new model of collaboration between Vietnamese businesses in the AI era.

At the event, Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa, General Director of FPT Group, shared: "FPT is committed to accompanying NovaGroup. Under the cooperation framework, FPT and NovaGroup will jointly build an AI Competency Center.
According to the agreement, FPT will be the strategic partner to advise and implement comprehensive digital transformation for NovaGroup, focusing on AI, big data, IoT, and automation, aiming to optimize operations, enhance customer experience, and drive sustainable growth. Specifically:

Under the cooperation framework, FPT and NovaGroup will jointly build an AI Center of Excellence – a place for research, development, and dissemination of technological capabilities throughout the entire NovaGroup ecosystem.
The two sides will jointly identify priority problems for applying technology in business, marketing, organizational management, operations, finance and investment, and customer care, thereby deploying AI solutions in marketing, supply chain management, customer care, supporting operational decision-making, and enhancing customer experience.
Partnering in the development of smart cities, Agriculture 4.0, and green tourism.
FPT and NovaGroup will develop digital infrastructure and platforms for smart urban areas, deploying centralized management systems, monitoring energy, managing operations, and connecting smart residents.
In the smart real estate (PropTech) sector, both parties aim to apply metaverse, blockchain, and customer data platforms (CDPs) to increase transparency, enhance user experience, and personalize services.
Simultaneously, the two sides are also collaborating on the application of IoT and AI in Agriculture 4.0, blockchain-based traceability, as well as deploying AR/VR platforms in digital tourism and the "Nova Digital Future" program – a creative community project aimed at sustainable development.
Training and developing digital human resources - the core of the AI strategy - First
A key aspect of the agreement is the training and development of digital human resources. FPT and NovaGroup will collaborate to develop and implement a training program for NovaGroup's leaders and staff on AI-First strategy, digital governance, data, and innovation.
The two parties will organize research and development pilot programs and support NovaGroup in building a strong internal technology team for long-term transformation projects. This is seen as a foundation for NovaGroup to develop digital capabilities from within, ensuring the sustainability of its transformation journey.
Connecting the data ecosystem – expanding value for Vietnamese users.
In the next phase, FPT and NovaGroup plan to connect the customer ecosystem and the Nova Membership program with FPT's digital platform, enabling users to earn points, make payments, and experience services flexibly across the entire product range – from real estate and consumer goods to education and tourism.
In fact, NovaGroup has been aggressively implementing digital transformation for many years, especially since 2025, with programs to standardize the entire system of operational processes and build a digital enterprise management platform. The Group has developed and applied digital technology in internal management activities, while upgrading core business systems including the digital sales platform, customer care system, and intelligent operational applications in real estate projects.
For example, Aqua City – a riverside ecological urban area developed by Novaland Group – has implemented a smart camera system comprising nearly 2,000 cameras using artificial intelligence (AI) for 24/7 monitoring, combined with a smart sensor system and a professional security team. This system is capable of intelligent traffic management, facial recognition, and alerting to security risks such as traffic violations, lost children, or accidents in the swimming pool area.
In addition, Nova Consumer Group has also launched Nova AI Mall, the first AI-powered livestreaming sales ecosystem in Vietnam, aimed at supporting businesses in accessing advanced sales technology. Most recently, in June 2025, NovaGroup collaborated with FPT University to organize the "AI – Mindset: Businesses Adapting to the AI Wave" workshop, attended by over 1,700 employees.
Novaland Group has applied the smart city model in management and operation, with a focus on the security and amenities system at Aqua City.
