Journey to connect Argentine culinary culture
Friends Chef Dinner is not just a party of friendship, but also an event marking an important milestone in the 5-year culinary journey of Los Fuegos. A journey associated with the inspirational story of chef Emilio Fusé - the person who laid the foundation and led the restaurant from the very first days.
Emilio (born 1986) is a talented Argentinian chef with a deep expertise in Argentine beef in general and Patagonian cuisine in particular. Since the age of 17, Emilio has worked in farms and restaurants. His deep understanding of the farm-to-table process has made him one of the outstanding chefs in wood-fired cooking - a traditional cooking method typical in Argentina.
During his five years at Los Fuegos, Chef Emilio has always strived to convey the spirit of authentic and creative Argentine cuisine. This has not only helped Los Fuegos become an authentic Argentine culinary destination in Vietnam, but also made the restaurant a cultural bridge, contributing to enriching the diverse culinary picture of Vietnam.
Sharing about this journey, Chef Emilio Fusé said: “From this small plot of land in the garden, my team and I built the kitchen and the oven ourselves. It has been 5 years now - time flies so fast! Luckily, Los Fuegos has always received the support of customers and friends, we feel very grateful. And we also hope to see you again in the next 5-year anniversaries”.
Chef Hoang Tung also shared that the journey of Emilio and Los Fuegos is a proud one: “It is wonderful for me to witness the journey of Los Fuegos from the very beginning. Seeing my friend, the talented and excellent chef Emilio Fusé, achieve impressive achievements in just 5 years makes me filled with happiness. He has made Los Fuegos one of the best steak restaurants in Hanoi , and in Vietnam”.
Within the framework of the event series, Los Fuegos will continue to organize the "Patagonian Night" and close with "Birthday Night", promising to bring many interesting experiences to diners.
