Nearly 100 female officials and members of Phuoc An commune attended a training session on the implementation of the "Popular Education Movement".
(CTT-Dong Nai) - On the morning of December 23rd, the Women's Union of Phuoc An commune organized a training conference to implement the "Digital Literacy Movement" in conjunction with the "Digital Learning" Movement in 2026. Nearly 100 officials and members from schools and hamlets in the commune attended the conference.

Ms. Duong Thi My Thanh, Deputy Director of the Commune's Public Administrative Service Center, presented the topic "Guidelines for Submitting Online Public Service Applications" to women's association members in the commune.
At the conference, female members of the Phuoc An Commune Women's Union listened to Ms. Duong Thi My Thanh, Deputy Director of the Commune's Public Administrative Service Center, present a specialized topic on "Guidelines for Submitting Online Public Service Applications." This helped female members understand the benefits of online public services and the steps to follow on the National Public Service Portal or the provincial public service portal. Furthermore, hands-on guidance was provided to assist them in carrying out administrative procedures such as birth registration, marriage registration, driver's license renewal, and social insurance contributions without needing to visit government agencies in person.
In addition, the leaders of the Women's Union of the commune also disseminated information about the "Digital Literacy Movement" linked with the "Digital Learning" Movement; applying science and technology, and implementing digital transformation in the activities of the Women's Union of the commune.
